Cutting alloy head wear

The quality of the alloy should be considered first in case of accidental wear of the cutting tooth alloy head of the coal mining machine. Some hard alloy heads contain impurities such as graphite, which can cause uneven distribution of alloy grains and may lead to cracks in the alloy head during use. As is well known, due to the fact that the alloy head is welded to the tooth head, factors such as the welding process and shape design of the coal mining machine cutting teeth can affect the quality of the cutting tooth alloy head, leading to the phenomenon of alloy head detachment.
